Austrian Cultural Forum Warsaw

The first exhibition, 風, showcased fresh works from Japanese calligraphy workshops. Ukrainian refugees at the Kasprzak 22 residence in Warsaw, the former Drama Theatre, made their residence available for a while and transformed the place into a gallery.

Thanks to the Austrian Cultural Forum, we were able to repeat the exhibition during the regular "Musicians in Motion" concerts with the participation of talented Ukrainian musicians. The concert and exhibition were a great opportunity to meet outside the walls of the refugee center. The meeting of Ukrainian musicians and calligraphers was a truly intergenerational and intercultural moment. For a moment we were all together again.
